The next time that you have a spindle ready to repair, just simply fill in the fields on the following form and e-mail or fax it back to us @ 860-677-7344. Be sure to include the date that you want your spindle to be picked up. This way we know a head of time of your needs and will arrange to have the spindle picked up at on the next business day. We will take care of the freight on all spindles up to 300 lbs. excluding insurance. If it is an emergency let us know and we will have someone there to pick it up that same day. Don't forget to include a copy of this form with the packing slip it will help us match everything when the spindle arrives. Please be sure that you package your spindle as securely as you possibly can. If at all possible ship it back in the original box it came in. This way there will be no additional damage to the spindle during shipment.
